kira is living life just like any
other 'mutant' in the us, and, ever since the
big blow out of WWIII she's been on the run
with her best friend, syd, and a large mutant
caravan in hopes of defeating, or beating the shit
out of, their 'human' enemies. she's pretty fun
and silly when she wants to be,but when it really
comes down to it she's one of the people you'd
really want to be on your side. she's a hell of an ally,
